Common Questions

Does SportAlert require a subscription?

No. SportAlert can be used as a free guest app without login. Live scores, alerts, match pages, Hermes briefs, and one feature request remain free.

SportAlert Pro is optional and includes four feature requests per rolling 30 days. Weekly and monthly prices are localized by the App Store and shown before purchase. Purchase restoration and subscription management are available from the SportAlert Pro screen.

How do I enable push notifications?

Go to More, Push Notifications, then Enable. If you previously denied permission, go to your device Settings, SportAlert, Notifications, and turn them on.

How do I add matches to my calendar?

Open any match detail and tap "Add to Calendar". You can also go to the Schedule tab and add an auto-updating calendar feed for all your followed teams.

How do I request a new feature?

Tap "Request a Feature" from the home screen or from More. Free users get 1 focused request for roadmap review.

What sports are covered?

SportAlert covers 10 sports: Football (Soccer), Basketball, American Football, Baseball, Hockey, MMA, Tennis, Formula 1, Cricket, and Rugby. Global Football 2026 is our flagship coverage.
